I have traveled to Oslo to meet with Ruth Nesje, the founder of Tanga International Conference Centre (http://www.meetingpointtanga.net/)
She is "home" in Norway for a couple of weeks for board meetings and for some consultancy work. Tomorrow she will run a seminar for 600 preschool staff around how to work with the childrens strengths. I have promised to help her document the seminar, but we will also do some work on the website. Also to discuss around the agenda of Rafel ole Moono who will come to Sweden in only a week!
As I am going through my mail before going to bed I get a Metafari Google Alert message with the link to an article in the TES - the leading publication in Britain covering the world of primary, secondary and further education. It's about Kate Coutts Metasaga, a leadership course inspired by the Metafari. (Read the article here)
It all connects.... Norway, the norse Sagas, Metasaga, Metafari, Tanzania. And it's about a world where you never know what will happen with an idea that is shared with others..
I take it as good signs, and decide to schedule at least two Metafaris in Tanzania next fall.
Metafari nr 3: September 20-26 2009
Metafari nr 4: October 4-10 2009
More about this later.
