In the afternoon we explore stories about what brought us here. After watching the sunset over the animals we eat dinner at the open air restaurant.

Monday, Day 2 - What are we looking for?
You wake up for the sunrise by the waterhole. "The sunrise according to the Maasai" Now we have a full day to explore what we are looking for, here at the waterhole. We invite you to the space, to work as a group, in smaller groups, or you can choose to work by yourself. You will have plenty of time to observe patterns at the waterholes, to think, to talk. Now you are landing.

Tuesday, Day 3 - A journey in dreams
We eat an early breakfast and start our longest drive, to Tanga International Conference Center. This was for many years a dream of Ruth Nesje and Odd Isaksson who had worked in the foreign aid business but wanted to found a real business that would combine a sound business with a responsibility for the local community, built on values of diversity and sustainability. You will hear their amazing story, and be given space to explore your own dreams.

Wednesday, Day 4 - The ups and downs of it all
This is a full day in the centre. Mangrove walks with the Maasai watchmen at high and low tide. Lots of time for exercises, reflection & conversations.
Sunset at the Tanga Yacht Club

Thursday, Day 5 - How changed perspectives can change everything
We leave make time for a relaxed breakfast and leave for Nanyogie Maasai Settlement where we will be welcomed and invited for conversations with the people of this community. We will open up for questions and listening on both sides. For the night, half of the group is invited to stay over night in the village while the other half will stay overnight in Maweni farm, up in the Usambara mountains.

Friday, Day 6 - How what is small can become great
