The Metafari is a tool that uses explorational journeys in Tanzania for leaders, consultants and business owners to explore their inner and outer surrounding in order to create new perspectives for awareness, new skills and creativity to enable the opportunities present in the globalized world, while exploring the deeper meaning of words like diversity and sustainability.
We are inviting you to a journey of hope in a space of many voices.
You will leave the idea of Africa as a place for problems and poverty behind and find opportunies and new perspectives.
You will be able to explore ideas, issues and challenges using the inspiring places, your journey partners, people you meet along the way, and your Metafari guides; Leif Josefsson and Rafael ole Moono
In Metafari you will find a generative space, where you will exit as another person then you were when you came.
A maximum of 12 people travel together in two cars driven by your facilitators Leif Josefsson & Rafael ole Moono.
The Metafari starts in Dar es Salaam on Saturday night and ends in Tanga on the next Saturday.
