"Am I Supposed to be here?"
"What am I supposed to do here?"
Yesterday we gathered around the waterhole to explore our selves and to create a context for this course.
Elisabet introduced us to a presentation ceremony with the following recommendations:
Pair up with someone. Interview each other and when you come back you will present each other.
Back in the group each person was presented by the partner and was given the opportunity to validate, correct and add important details to the presentation. Then came the possibility to share and reflect our resonance on the stories we've heard.
This morning, after a sunrise visit to the hippo pond and breakfast, we asked each other to comment on our experience from yesterday.
* Listening to each others in this way opened new doors to ourselves and created a sense of a group coming together.
* The process when we were described by another, together with the possibility to add and correct, and the comments and reflectiongs from the group gave a more nuanced picture of the person.
* It was a moment of opening up by telling about ourselves and being told about yourselves.
* Opened doors to get the group going in the direction of becoming a real group.
* I once again realized the importance of this presentation in rich story development in each person. The point by not using questions and interpreting made it possible.
* Landing in a conscious space gave me the feeling of a fulfilled purpose of this journey,

Leif, what an interesting post. I like the development in the exercise that allows for clarification etc. It is also a really great process for forcing one to really listen in a conversation - you know that you are going to be talking about someone who is right there so you want to honour them when you do so. I am really interested to hear more about your Metafari!
